ST. BONIFACIUS, Minn. — Crown College proudly announces Jon Fletcher, Class of 2008, as its 2025 Alumni of the Year. A graduate with degrees in music performance and Christian ministry, Fletcher exemplifies the college’s commitment to producing graduates who are boldly Christian, academically excellent, and part of a lifelong authentic community.
Currently serving as president and chief executive officer of Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS), Fletcher leads one of the nation’s largest nonprofit providers of senior housing and services. Under his leadership, PHS continues expanding compassionate care and innovative solutions for older adults across Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. Fletcher acquired his current role in February 2025, following the retirement of longtime predecessor Dan Lindh.
Prior to his role as CEO, Fletcher served as senior vice president of Senior Housing Partners, guiding PHS’s growth and development initiatives. His professional journey also includes dynamic leadership roles at Lennar Multifamily Communities and Alatus, both multi-family home builders in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In addition to earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in finance, Fletcher also served for eight years in the United States Army and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

The Alumni of the Year award will be formally presented at Crown College’s Homecoming event this fall.
