Dr. Bill Bojan, Dean of the Business School
As Dean of the School of Business at Crown College, I am responsible for the Academic Excellence, Enrollment Growth and Retention, and External Relationships for the School of Business.
At Crown, we have a firm commitment to be a boldly Christian college, teaching students the Ways of God. This means not “backing down” on our Christian values, not “watering down” the Kingdom Truths we stand firm on, but instead “doubling down” on Christian love as an authentic witness for Christ in the world. The Crown College School of Business is committed to forming graduates who are courageously activating their Kingdom calling in the marketplace. We are equipping future Christian leaders who are fully prepared to build God’s Kingdom in business.
The three Crown Kingdom Institutes: Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Digital are being established in 2025 with the purpose of leading, equipping, and unifying the current and future Christian business leadership community as Kingdom change-agents. The Crown Institutes will exist to provide unique and compelling insights and experiences that change hearts – serving undergraduate students up to highly experienced business leaders.
This “next leg” of my career journey in Higher Education, while quite unexpected, has emerged as the natural progression of a call God put on my life over 15 years ago to be a messenger, teacher, and equipper of “God’s Way” of leading, governing, and stewarding in business. Learning “God’s Way” resulted from powerful experiences in the corporate world that showed me in a very direct way what happens when even good companies, with good missions, and good leaders depart from God’s Ways of leading, governing, and stewarding God’s Authority. God’s Way requires Leaders of Virtue in the model of Jesus Christ, who build Cultures of Trust in the model of the beatitudes, and submit to Structures of Integrity in the model of the Holy Trinity. God’s Ways must be better known and followed in the marketplace.
