Andy Lambert began his role as Vice President of Athletics, July 2026. His career has spanned over thirty years in Christian Higher Education. His roles include, Assistant Football Coach, Part-Time Faculty, Head Club Track Coach, Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for Football, Athletic Director, Vice President of Student Development and for twenty-five years, he was a Head Football Coach at four different CCCU schools.
His personal and professional efforts have been to form athletes who glorify God, live in joy, with energy, and for others. Sport is co-curricular. It is instrumental in the education of the whole person.

Andy is energized by the Boldly Christian commitment at Crown and thrilled to join the strong momentum the institution is experiencing.
Andy’s wife Betsy is an avid outdoors lover and serious follower of Jesus. They have raised four beautiful daughters, Hannah, Lydia, Emma and Sylvia. Andy and Betsy are also proud grandparents to Ruby, Archer and Nora.
