St. Bonifacius, MN; October 15, 2018 – Crown College was ranked again in the top 50 best regional colleges by U.S. News & World Report. The school was also ranked by the publication as one of the top three regional colleges located in Minnesota.
The annual rankings are released early fall each year and analyze factors such as tuition, location, faculty-to-student ratios, enrollment, SAT scores, and the majors offered.
“It is important that Crown College has moved into the top 50 regional colleges in the Midwest,” says Dr. Joel Wiggins, the President of Crown College. “It shows that others are noticing the quality of our programs and the unique aspects of our school that make Crown a great place to enroll in college.”
Founded in 1916, Crown has grown from a small Bible school to a fully-accredited college with over 1,500 students and offering both bachelor and master’s degree programs. The school also fields 18 NCAA Division III athletic teams. Crown is located just 30 miles west of Minneapolis near Lake Waconia.
In the last few years, Crown College has also been recognized by several other publications including MONEY Magazine in its list of The 50 Colleges That Add the Most Value, Christian Universities Online’s list of Top 15 Best Online Graduate Schools, and just recently, Online Christian Colleges ranked Crown #2 in its list of Top 50 Online Christian Colleges for Future Missionaries.
