We are very competitive with our costs. Our on-campus tuition is $27,270 per year.

We love getting the cost of college down for our students! We offer a variety of scholarships and grants that lower the overall cost of college! In fact, most students pay under 15k on tuition at Crown each year. To discover all on-campus scholarship, go here!

We usually accept a 2.0 GPA or higher. However, the best way to determine acceptance is to apply!

We are test-optional, meaning that no tests are required for admittance at Crown. However, you can always submit your scores. You can find our school test codes and all other requirements on our How to Apply page.

Your child must be a go-getter! That is awesome! We accept many dual-enrollment credits and CLEP tests.

Please apply and submit your official transcript so that our registrar can confirm your credits.

At Crown, we work incredibly hard to have as many credits transfer as possible, so students can get the most out of the work they already have completed. The best way to find out all that will transfer is to apply and submit your official transcript so that our registrar can confirm your credits.

  • Have your student complete the Application for Admission
  • Have your student complete the Spiritual Life Essay (included as part of the Application)
  • Request an official high school transcript. Must be sent directly to Crown College from the high school in a sealed letterhead envelope.
  • Complete the FAFSA. Crown’s FAFSA Code is: 002383
  • Get accepted
  • Deposit
  • Register

Once we have received all the pieces of your completed application file, it goes through a review process that can take up to two weeks.

There is no application fee if you apply before January 1 of your senior year. After that, the fee will be waived if you visit the campus.

Yes. We will need an official transcript and a cumulative GPA. Also, the transcript should include a graduation date and signature of the primary educator. Please contact your counselor to determine the best way to submit a home school transcript.

Yes. The mission of Crown College is to provide a biblically-based education for Christian leadership in the Christian and Missionary Alliance, the Church-at-large, and the world. Crown College graduates are uniquely prepared for professional excellence and Christian leadership. Crown hires faculty and staff and admits students, who affirm this mission, our statement of faith, and our community covenant.

A full-time student takes at least 12 credits per semester. If you drop a course, withdraw from a course, or do not pass a course, and you fall below 12 credits during a semester, you are not considered a full time student during that semester. Athletes must have 12 credits to be eligible for varsity athletic participation.

We want to get the financial aid offer to you as soon as possible so that you can plan for the cost of college. However, you must first complete the FAFSA before we can send it out.

Absolutely! Our commitment to helping students become Fully Equipped pushes our learning models beyond theory into real-life practice. Our graduates can be found working all over. If they choose to stay nearby, Crown is located within an hour of 16 Fortune 500 companies — Target, Best Buy, UnitedHealth Group, 3M — with Crown alumni working in many of them.

Our campus is located in the Twin Cities metro, about 40 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Students have access to the opportunities of great cities as well as the beautiful nature of our surrounding community. Our 200-acre, park-like campus is within one mile of three lakes and surrounded by a gorgeous wooded natural landscape, making it a great place to enjoy Minnesota’s four seasons.
