Crown College and XPastor have formed an exclusive partnership to award Crown college credits for courses successfully completed through XPastor. This partnership allows participants in the XPastor training to apply their coursework toward the pursuit of a graduate degree at Crown College. Degree options include:

XPastor was founded by Dr. David Fletcher in 2003 and is the premier organization for training executive pastors. In 2013 they started offering a unique set of online courses which are designed with the goal of delivering a world-class education in the essentials of church leadership and management. Through this partnership, Crown College is able to fulfill her mission of equipping global leaders with accredited degree programs that provide advanced skills in ministry competencies such as executive leadership.

A few of the highlights of this partnership include:

  • XPastor recognizes any coursework completed at Crown College as fulfilling the continuing education requirements of XP-Certification.
  • XPastor courses can be used to fulfill up to 7.5 credits of elective work in a graduate degree program at Crown.   Please see the transfer agreement chart below for details.   (Note: The number of applicable transfer credits is dependent upon the elective spaces available in each degree program).
  • When XPastor participants complete the five courses of Level 1 training (OPS 101-105), those courses transfer into Crown’s graduate degrees in fulfillment of MBA 6212 (Operations Management) or MIN 5210 (Management & Administration of Christian Ministry).

Below is a table explaining the transfer equivalencies. Crown anticipates anticipate expanding the partnership as new XPastor courses are launched.
