Along with the flexibility of an online degree, the Master’s degree in Divinity online program is designed to equip you with diverse ministry leadership skills. Students receive a biblical and theological understanding so they can serve with confidence and effectiveness in a variety of ministry positions such as a senior pastor, executive pastor, associate pastor, pastoral counselor, chaplain, missionary, theological educator or leader or staff worker at a faith-based organization.
The final year of this Master’s of Divinity degree online program includes a summative experience in which students engage in practical ministry and receive mentoring as they reflect on their spiritual vocation.
Crown’s Master of Divinity degree is transfer-friendly, allowing students to build upon their previous graduate work in ministry or theological studies. In addition, those beginning their graduate work may be eligible to graduate with both an M.A. in Christian Studies or an M.A. in Ministry Leadership and the Master of Divinity.

Custom-built for your life.
We know you’re busy. Whether its family, work, or church, we created a program that fits with your priorities. Our online programs are flexible and designed for those working full-time, so you can do your coursework anywhere, anytime. Most coursework is due Thursday and Sunday by midnight, giving you the freedom to complete your coursework in your own schedule.
Courses begin throughout the year in January, March, May, July, August, and October. Most courses are 8 weeks. A few courses are 16 weeks long. Advisors assist students in determining a schedule based on their convenience and schedule.
