Christian Discipleship Ministry Degree
Bachelor of Science (BS)
The discipleship ministries bachelor’s degree is a Minnesota generalist degree that prepares and equips young men and women to make healthy Christian disciples. Without focusing on a specific age group, the curriculum covers how people learn, and how faith and morality are developed. By learning the correlation, organization and administration of the educational process for children, youth and adults, students learn the process of discipling.
During the final year of their discipleship ministries degree program, Minnesota students participate in a full-immersive ministry internship that provides on-site field practice in ministry. Graduates of the Christian discipleship ministries degree in Minnesota are prepared to pursue future graduate work and can expect to find employment in a variety of discipleship ministry programs in local churches or ministry organizations.
