General Information

Visit the Department of Education for information on Federal programs at www.studentaid.ed.gov.

For additional information on student financial aid, including scholarship search options, look up the Financial Aid Information page at www.finaid.org.

The National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrator's web site has information for parents and students at www.nasfaa.org

Student Loan Information

The Department of Education is now the lender for Stafford and PLUS Loans.  The website to visit to do Stafford loan entrance counseling and Master Promissory Notes is www.studentloans.gov.  At this website you may also access links to information about loan repayment, repayment plans and calculators.

The National Student Loan Data System website lists information on Federal Educational loans (Stafford and Perkins).  Students can view the federal loans they have borrowed at www.nslds.ed.gov.

The Minnesota Office of Higher Education has information on Federal and State programs including the SELF loan at www.ohe.state.mn.us.
