Christian Ministry (A.S.)
Designed for students with a high school diploma, GED, and little or no college experience, the A.S. in Christian Ministry is an online ministry degree that cultivates personal and professional spiritual formation. The streamlined program builds skills in Bible study and interpretation, theological thinking, and helping others in their spiritual formation and discipleship. The program also provides a firm foundation in general education.
Graduates enter professional careers as associates in churches, youth and para-church ministries, and other faith-based education and nonprofit organizations. They integrate Christian values into everyday decisions. They incorporate Bible-based strategies into effective ministry. As a graduate of the A.S. program, you may be eligible to transfer all of your credits into our Bachelor of Christian Ministry degree program which is also available, 100% online.

Christian Ministry (A.S.) Courses
Students who take 18 or 21 credits in the Christian Studies core will fulfill this elective with those credits.
1 Counts towards 3 credits of Social Science credits. Students who have successfully completed 60 credtis with a GPA of at least a 2.0 may replace SOC 1510 with another Social Science elective.

3 Students may choose to fulfill the BIB/THE/CM elective requirement by taking BIB 1522 or THE 3524.
* Some courses from the Christian Studies Core and Major Core can be used to fulfill requirements in the General Education Core. By doing that the number of electives needed would increase so that the minimum of 63 credits is reached.
