The Teacher Education Assistant Coordinator provides development, leadership, and vision to the education majors in the AGS program. S/he is an advocate for non-traditional education processes and will be asked to provide relevant information for decision-making that impacts the students studying in these majors. S/he will be responsible for serving as a liaison to the Owatonna and surrounding community and school districts to promote the program. S/he will be directly supervised by the AGS Teacher Education Coordinator. S/he will supervise the AGS Teacher Education students at the Owatonna, Minnesota extension facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
Recruit and develop school sites for field experiences. Represent the Non-Traditional Teacher Education programs in public and community relations. Serve as a liaison to the Owatonna and surrounding community and school districts to promote the program. Work with the AGS Program Director for the reservation of classrooms and facilitate Education professor needs on class nights. Assist with all processes and procedures for the Non-Traditional Teacher Education program in Owatonna under the direction of the AGS Teacher Education Coordinator. Understand current educational trends in Minnesota and national levels. Design and develop strategies to guide the Non-Traditional Teacher Education students and programs. Assist with the process of student advising and retention. Give leadership to the academic progress of students as they move toward graduation. Other duties may be assigned that are deemed appropriate by the Dean for Non-Traditional Studies, the Director of Adult and Graduate Studies or AGS Teacher Education Coordinator.

Willingness to travel on occasion.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education Licensure in Elementary Education or Early Childhood (Elementary Preferred) Successful experience in leadership and advising roles Demonstration of administrative skills with a working knowledge of database, spreadsheets and word processing

Faculty Specialist
The Faculty Specialist provides leadership, development, and vision to the adjunct faculty in the Adult & Graduate Studies Program. The Faculty Specialist supports the adjunct faculty and is the primary point of contact. The Faculty Specialist develops and implements professional development opportunities. The Faculty Specialist monitors adjunct faculty for engaging and effective instruction. This position will report directly to the Director of Teaching, Learning and Curriculum. The Faculty Specialist will provide oversight and leadership to all AGS faculty both seated and online.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Evaluate instructor effectiveness for all AGS adjuncts including observations, evaluation tools, and course evaluations.
- Coordinate with the IT department regarding instructor's knowledge and use of instructional technologies.
- Develop and implement Professional development opportunities for adjuncts.
- Collaborate with directors and program coordinators to revise assessment processes and procedures.
- Assist in the hiring process for adjunct professors.
- Prepare periodic reports.
- Attend professional conferences and seminars related to specific duties.
- Assist with orientation and graduation needs.

The Nursing Coordinator will provide leadership, development and vision to the AGS Nursing program, including advising and advocating for the Nursing students. This person provides input to the Nursing Chair regarding curriculum revision opportunities, faculty hiring recommendations, and offsite programming. This position will report directly to the Director of Adult and Graduate Studies. The Nursing Coordinator will supervise all BSNC Nursing students.

The Office Manager is responsible to provide administrative support to the Athletic Director, Head and Assistant Coaches and to assist in the planning, promotion and execution of various athletic events on and off campus.
The successful candidate shall:
- Maintain a presence to represent the department to those who make contact via walk in, email or telephone.
- Provide secretarial support to the Director of Athletics and Coaches.
- Coordination and scheduling of athletic events through ServiceU.
- Coordination of summer sports camps scheduling and administration.
- On-campus communication of sports events, information.
- Assist coaches with transportation and accommodation arrangements for away games.
- Assist coaches with information management.
- Coordinate locker room arrangements.
- Manage equipment and supplies.
- Maintain sports information (proof communications, maintain and file records, maintain website).
- Manage contest contracts.

The head coach is responsible for the direction, instruction, supervision, and coaching of the women's soccer program and the oversight and development of assistant coaches. Responsibilities also include the overall administration of the program including, but not limited to, compliance with all NCAA regulations, adherence to the standards of the college, budget management, academic support, scheduling, and the recruitment of qualified student-athletes.
Candidate Requirements:

- Successful experience as a Head Coach or substantial experience as an
Assistant Coach
- NCAA Division III coaching and recruiting experience preferred

The Help Desk Manager oversees Crown Colleges technical support offerings, including managing and supervising the Rapid Response Technicians, organizing technical training classes, coordinating large scale maintenance projects with the college community, and managing help desk ticket distribution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Manage Rapid Response Technicians
- Schedule Rapid Response Technician hours
- With the Director of Information Technology, interview, hire, and perform bi-annual reviews of Rapid Response Technicians
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Rapid Response Technicians
- Provide regular training to Rapid Response Technicians
- Coordinate the customer support activities of the IT department
- Monitor the help desk software and distribute tasks to Rapid Response Technicians or escalate to other areas within IT when appropriate
- Perform follow-up after ticket completions, both those completed by Rapid Response Technicians and those escalated elsewhere within IT, to ensure high quality customer service
- Monitor the computer labs, classrooms, and other public technology and proactively dispatch Rapid Response Technicians when necessary to maintain services
- Work closely with the Lead Technician/PBX Administrator to ensure that escalated tickets are completed efficiently and to facilitate communication between support staff and clients
- Provide support when Rapid Response Technicians are unavailable
- Answer the help desk telephone and provide first-tier support
- Use remote management tools or make occasional office-visits to resolve issues
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Fluency with common office software products, including the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with recent Windows and OS X operating systems
Comfort with basic computer hardware support - Ability to be interrupted and return to previous task

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work with desktop computers, which may be under or beside desks
