Biography

After 20 years as a local church pastor, I now serve as adjunct professor in distance education here at Crown. I am also the Director of Conference Care & Church Redevelopment for the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference national headquarters in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. I work with pastors and churches across the nation in pastoral care, conflict resolution, leadership development and church revitalization. I live here in the Twin Cities with my beautiful wife Kathryn and our three kids, Lauren, Josiah and Anna Jean.
