Crown students have a genuine commitment to Jesus Christ; they are serious about their faith, and their lives reflect their love of the Lord—that’s why I chose Crown. I believe this is where God wants me to be.
When I worked as a lifeguard last summer, I started to think about becoming a nurse. I enjoyed my first aid training and wanted a career where I could make a difference in the lives of people.
The relationships I’m developing with other Christians here have been very valuable to me; the close-knit community of Christian students is definitely one of the highlights of my time at Crown so far. Watching other young college students who genuinely love Christ live out their faith daily has both impacted and encouraged me to live boldly for Christ, and I am learning how to discipline myself to spend personal time with Christ so I can keep Him my priority and focus.
