Biography

I am an adjunct professor on the Owatonna campus teaching Statistics and Counseling Methods for the EXCEL program. As a motivational speaker, writer, and life coach, I am owner of Motivational Insights. I live in Rochester, MN with John my husband of 24 years and our three children and one very spoiled cat. My passions outside of the classroom include travel, gourmet cooking, art, and history.
