Biography

I have a passion for nursing education and cross cultural missions. I recently returned from serving as a nurse missionary in Honduras along the northern coast in a remote jungle location with my family. I love to read and learn new things. I am the lead faculty for and teach Transcultural Nursing at Crown College. My husband and I have 3 fabulous grown children and one beautiful granddaughter.

Testimony

I grew up in a Lutheran home and made a personal commitment to Christ as an early teen. We are always a missionary no matter if we are overseas or at the grocery store in the US. See Matthew 24:14 Heaven is my real home - "only visiting this planet". Rich Mullins is one brother in Christ I admire a lot for how he lived with an eternal perspective. I hope to hear Jesus say to me, "well done good and faithful servant" and then give me a big hug.
