Biography

I am an Adjunct Faculty for the Crown College online program, and have been such for the last six years. I am a fulltime Professor of Missions at Crown's sister college, Toccoa Falls College. I have been involved in missions since 1970 as a missionary (Peru and Ecuador), a Regional Director (Latin America), and now as a Professor of Missions. I have also been a pastor in the U. S. for eight years. I married my high school sweetheart and we are parents of two children and proud grandparents of five. When I am not teaching for Crown or Toccoa Falls I am teaching classes in Latin America seven weeks a summer. I visit seven sites from Colombia to Argentina for a week of classes at the Master's level. All this is done in Spanish and gives me an excellent opportunity to stay in touch with my Latin American brothers.

Testimony

Ever since I was a student in my college classes (mid to late 60s) I dreamed of finishing my "professional" career as a developed of the next generation of missionaries - those who are sent by God to cross linguistic and social barriers with the purpose of expanding the Kingdom of God. Thus the reason I am excited about teaching for Crown's online missions degree. God has infused me with such a passion for the task of evangelizing those who do not have the same opportunities we in the West have to hear the Gospel.
