International Student Application Process
Your first step in the process is to complete the Application for International Undergraduate Admission. Please submit a $20.00 U.S. application fee made payable to Crown College with your application. Be sure to complete all portions of the application. Failure to do so will delay admission. Please complete your application at least six (6) months prior to beginning studies at Crown College
Please complete all sections of the Financial Statement (included as part of the application) or send a separate Affidavit of Support from your sponsor/s.
Please submit an official bank statement from your sponsor/s that has been printed within the last three months The bank statement must show a total of the equivalent of $19,500.00 U.S (Both the financial statement and the bank statement must be from the same individual). If you have multiple sponsors please include individual copies from each. Photocopies are acceptable; however, they must be attested as a certified true copy. All fees are payable at the beginning of each semester unless a payment plan is approved by our Student Billing Office.
Scholarships from a source in the applicant's home country, assistance from a church, or aid from an individual sponsor will be received as a guarantee of the student's ability to pay if the guarantee is properly documented with a letter and, when required, a statement of how and when the funds will be transferred and credited to the student's college financial account.
Students should expect an increase in costs of approximately 4-6% each year at Crown College.

Non-English, Secondary transcripts must include an official translation. (Students transferring from a U.S. institution with 24 or more credits do not need to supply a secondary school transcript).
Presenatation of SAT (College Board test) is recommended but not required.
Only after these steps have been completed will the applicant be considered for acceptance. No student should assume that acceptance to the college has been granted until a formal letter to that effect is received.
After Crown College has received the above-mentioned documents and the student is officially accepted, the student will be sent an official I-20 form to be used in obtaining a student (F-1) visa from the U.S. Consulate or Embassy in your home country. No student should make plans to enter the United States until the I-20 form is received and your visa is issued. Crown College will not issue any I-20 forms less than two months prior to the beginning of a semester. Crown College will provide information advising each international student on the visa interview process.
Every student attending Crown College is assigned to a Faculty Advisor. The International Student Advisor assists International students with language testing and registration. International students must be registered as full-time students (12 or more credits) in order to legally remain in the United States on a student visa.
Thank you for your patience and determination in completing these steps. Your application is very important to Crown College and we will do everything we can to keep you informed and served to the utmost of our ability.
