Steps to Enroll
- Call 651-224-3024 to complete a phone intake to determine eligibility.
- Setup appointment for tour and presentation.
- Download, print and fill out forms below.

- Send out high school and college transcript requests to previous schools attended.
- Fill out FAFSA on-line. Crown College code is 002383.
- Have a professional complete the recommendation form and send it to the Promise Program (emails are accepted.)
- Gather financial records including: federal tax forms, MFIP grant documents and child support payments if applicable.
- Bring all forms, driver’s license or state ID and social security card to the appointment.
- At the appointment you may bring your completed forms (ask for help at the appointment if you have trouble completing any forms).
- You will have the opportunity to take a tour of our program, view our PowerPoint presentation and interview with our director.
