Classroom Instructional Leadership Degree

Master of Arts
The Crown College MA Instructional Leadership is designed to provide practical and applicable information that will increase the aptitude of the classroom teacher or school administrator and prepare the teacher for relicensing or recertification.
Through classroom leadership courses the classroom teacher or school administrator will be able to deliver transformational learning in diverse classrooms, and lead the school in curriculum design.Our classroom teacher training college also prepares one to serve in a mentoring/coaching role in the context of individual settings, and to evaluate local data to propose instructional or curricular design. This program enables students to articulate and implement research-based curriculum decisions.

There is a definite need for degreed and qualified teachers who are skilled in managing, leading, and monitoring other teachers. Program Prerequisites
- Applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university
- A minimum GPA of 2.5 for undergraduate degree
- Completion of twelve undergraduate semester credits in education
- Two years of full time classroom teaching experience
