The Elementary Education degree leads to an Elementary Education Licensure with either a Pre-Primary or Middle School Concentration. The Minnesota Board of Teaching through the Minnesota Department of Education has approved these licensure programs. Students must meet all requirements to be accepted into the Teacher Education Department. A prerequisite for acceptance into the Teacher Education Department is the completion of the Praxis I. Successful completion of the Praxis I & II is required for state licensure. Students completing this degree will be ready to teach in the following areas:

- Private Schools
Students graduating from this program and upon completion of the Praxis I & II will be well prepared to seek employment as a teacher
