Tuition Grant Program

Churches across America partner with Crown by participating in the Tuition Grant Program.  The program is simple: churches commit to give 1, 2, or 3% of their operating budget and Crown commits to fund scholarships for every Crown student whose home church participates in the program.  In many cases, the amount of scholarship money that is distributed back to families is greater than the amount of support the College receives from the church.  Your church might consider the Tuition Grant Program an extension of its youth ministry that continues to serve students and families through the formative college years.

The size of the tuition grant depends on the giving level of the student's home church. The giving percentage is based on the church's general operating budget. Read the Tuition Grant brochure to learn more.

Student applicants must complete the Crown College Application for Financial Aid and the FAFSA. To enroll your church in the program, call Crown Church Relations at 1-800-646-2586. (Online students are not eligible.)

The Tuition Grant Program is a good deal. Think what a boost it has to be for one of your students to receive their grant each semester out of the blue.  It's not just dollars, it's a wealth of encouragement as well.

As pastor, I find that the Tuition Grant Program involves the local church in the College's ministry on a monthly basis.  We are praying more for the College and our students. It is much more than a financial program - it is involvement at the local level where potential students live and congregations pray and give!
