Position: We are looking for a professional with a service oriented attitude to join us and work with our team. We offer an interesting and challenging position with diverse projects, duties and responsibilities. Candidates must possess excellent organizational and communication skills; have experience in managing multiple projects and the ability to work with a variety of personalities at various levels of the organization.
The candidate must have a professional appearance and manner, and be able to exercise good judgment and initiative. Successful candidate will have strong MS Office, Data Entry and Phone talents. The winning candidate will possess the highest degree of energy, motivation and determination to make many calls per day and to assist sales organization with multiple administrative duties.
This position deals with confidential information on a regular basis and requires sensitivity to the confidential nature of many of the tasks that are required to be performed.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for initiating calls to potential clients. Relates to customer what we provide in the way of products and services and solicits their opinions, interest for those products and/or services. Assists sales staff in their goals to attain assigned individual, team and company goals.
Initiate the sales process to promote the customer and strategic partner events. Find, follow–up and hand off pre-qualified customers to the Account Executives through the CRM database. Responsible for assisting the Sales Team with selling methodology.
Pro-actively complete outbound sales campaigns into the CRM database and reestablish interest in products and services including quotes and pre-sales support. Also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with all Companies.
Develops lists of prospects from directories (both print and on-line). Creates reports on sales activity through telephone contacts, appointments and communicates uncovered customer needs and issues.
Represents the company at sales/marketing events such as trade associations, trade shows, technical briefings, etc. Assists with the planning of sales exhibits. Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.

Attentive and active listener. Experience working in a fast paced environment. Ability to prioritize and multi-task – able to work under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Flexible to changing priorities or requests - ability to meet deadlines. Excellent computer skills Data entry and maintenance of extensive client and vendor contacts database. Excellent verbal, grammar, proofing and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Able to deal with a diverse group of external callers and visitors.
