Develops lists of prospects from directories (both print and on-line). Creates reports on sales activity through telephone contacts, appointments and communicates uncovered customer needs and issues.

Represents the company at sales/marketing events such as trade associations, trade shows, technical briefings, etc. Assists with the planning of sales exhibits.  Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.

  • Will invest into others by developing and training team members to be ministry leaders, and by challenging team members to improve their skills and leadership ability.
  • Will seek to use drama and other creative elements in Sunday morning worship services to better communicate gospel truth and to help people actively participate in lifestyle worship.
  • Will schedule and approve all music/creative arts events at Bridge.
  • Will seek outreach opportunities for creative arts teams outside of BCC for the community.

  • COMMITMENT/COMPENSATION:

  • This position is part-time requiring 15-25 hours/week based on availability/experience.

  • DUTIES:  Fraser is a nationally renowned Minnesota nonprofit serving children and adults with special needs through comprehensive education, healthcare and housing services. Fraser is a leading provider of autism services at a time when the need is critical. Fraser is looking for Float Specialists to work with our clients. Float Specialist/Direct Support Professionals will assist with daily living activities for our clients in the client’s home and/or in the community. This may include assisting with dressing/undressing, eating/meal prep, bathing, transferring, mobility, positioning, light housekeeping, help in the bathroom, hygiene and grooming. Staff may also assist clients with necessary developmental goals like maintenance therapy and respond effectively to behavioral situations. Our clients, ranging from young children to adults, have many different disabilities with autism being the most common disability. You will work with high and low functioning individuals. You will work with clients in our service area which extends up to 30 miles from our office in NE Minneapolis. Driving is required for this position!
