Who will be at the Minnesota Job Fair? School district representatives from Minnesota and as far away as Alaska will attend this fair to recruit prospective teacher candidates. Representatives of the school districts will be available to provide information about jobs, application procedures, interviewing, and to collect resumes.
How do I know which districts will be attending and what openings they will have? School districts will register and post their openings at the following web site: http://www.mcucsa.org/mnedfair
Can I set up an interview in advance of the Job Fair? Yes, contact all school district you are interested in before the fair. All of the districts attending will have a booth, but not all will be interviewing at the fair. Those interviewing are listed as “interviewing” on the web site and will have a separate interview table(s) in the interview area or will interview at their booth. You can find out who is interviewing at the Fair by going to the links to the “States” and “Staffing Needs” on the Job Fair web site.
Who may attend? You must be either graduating from Crown College or be a graduate of Crown College and be licensed in the State of Minnesota by December 2012.
How do I Register? Complete this form, include a check payable to Crown College and return it to the Career Services Office by Wednesday April 10, 2013.
Registration the day of the fair will be $30.00.
