Darren L. Noble has more than 18 years combined experience in higher education, government, employment, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. Darren arrived at Crown College September, 2013 via Upper Iowa University where he was the Director of the Office of Career Development. His other higher education experiences were at George Fox University (GFU) in Newberg, Oregon and Oregon State University (OSU), Corvallis. At GFU Darren served as the Associate Director of Career Services. He earned his master’s degree from OSU and his bachelor’s degree from Boise State University in Idaho. Darren is a huge advocate for students having internships since a lot of learning also takes place in the workplace, outside the academic classroom. He and his wife Sheila have two children and live in St. Bonifacius.
