ATS Comprehensive Evaluation

The Crown College Graduate School of Ministry is hosting a comprehensive evaluation visit for initial accreditation by the ATS Commission on Accrediting on April 15-18, 2024. The purpose of this visit is to verify that the school meets all applicable Commission Standards of Accreditation. Comments regarding how well the school meets those standards and/or generally demonstrates educational quality may be sent to accrediting@ats.edu at least two weeks before the visit. Comments may also or instead be sent in writing to Dr. Alexander Zell, GSOM Program Director, at zella@crown.edu. All comments will be shared with the onsite evaluation committee.

Recognitions

Crown is recognized by the Board of Teaching of the State of Minnesota. Undergraduate teacher preparation programs leading to licensure for pre-primary, elementary and secondary teaching are eligible to apply to the Minnesota Board of Teaching.

In addition, the college is recognized by the Minnesota Office of Higher Education as a degree-granting institution.

Veterans attending Crown College are eligible to use their veterans’ education benefits.

The college is authorized under Federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students.

Crown College is registered as a private institution with the Minnesota Office of Higher Education pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, sections 136A.61 to 136A.71. Registration is not an endorsement of the institution.
