Basketball Team Caps Off Season Playing in Conference Title Game

After defeating #2 seed, hoops team loses to 4-time UMAC champs in Championship

The Crown College men's basketball team took great momentum and incredible fan support with them as they played the University of Northwestern-St. Paul for the UMAC Championship game this past weekend. Crown came out on the short end of the 72-52 score.

Having a taste of the Championship atmosphere is something Crown will build upon for the coming years...and certainly made others in the conference take notice as Crown was not picked in pre-season polls to play near the top!

Earlier in the week, Crown defeated the #2 seed Cougars from the University of Minnesota-Morris in their first UMAC Playoff game by a score of 97-95.
