Revival by St. Francis of Assisi

Many know his name, but perhaps few know why he was so famous or how he spread revival across Europe. Professor Glenn Myers explains in an article recently published by CBN what Assisi's life meant then, and how it pertains to believers today

Taken from his blog, Myers writes, "Ironically, Francis became one of the most significant reformers in the Church over the past 2,000 years, pointing untold numbers to Christ. While he sought a life of simplicity, he was used in extraordinary ways. Precisely because he did not seek greatness, God placed him in a position of remarkable leadership?both during his lifetime and in the centuries that have followed."
