Network Admistrator

Manages all network servers; maintains user accounts, Groupwise system; oversees network disaster recovery and backups.

Network Engineer

Daniel Armstrong (email)

Maintains switches and network devices as well as network infrastructure; oversees network security; manages network server hardware; keeps the Internet working...yes...the whole thing.

User Services and Support Coordinator

Tim Fisk (email)

Supervises computer labs, plans internal training offerings, and manages help desk.

Lead Technician

Issues and supports all desktop and laptop computers and peripherals; trains student technicians

Web Developer/Integrator

Tom Henely (email)


Manages and develops the various systems that makes the website work as well as any other programs that are delivered over the web.

Database Developer/Integrator

James Goodier (email)

Oversees database development and maintenance (including our POISE campus database system)

Student Technicians

The student technicians staff the HELP desk and do so much for the student, faculty and staff of Crown College.
