Admission Procedures

1. Complete an Online Application for Crown Online Programs.

2. Pay the $20.00 application fee. Make a Secure Online Payment. 

3. Submit all required documents (C&MA licensed workers should call their enrollment coordinator before beginning this process):

Undergraduate, AS and BS in Christian Ministry:

• Pastoral Reference (non family members)
• Personal Reference (non family members)
• Crown College Statement of Faith 
• Official Transcripts from high school and all post-secondary educational experiences - Transcript Request Form

Undergraduate, BSN-C:

• Two Personal References (non family members)
• Official Transcripts from high school and all post-secondary educational experiences - Transcript Request Form

Additional Application Requirements for BSN-C:

• An unencumbered RN license from a State Board of Nursing in the USA.
• A State Board of Nursing approval to practice as an RN in the state which clinicals will take place.
• An essay giving evidence of personality, character, spiritual, and emotional stability consistent with the nursing program mission (200 words minimum).
• A physical examination, including an annual tuberculosis skin test.
• Two letters of professional recommendation.
• Satisfactory background check.
• Proof of current Health Care Provider CPR.
• Health History form.
• Proof of health insurance.

Special/Non-degree, Undergraduate or Graduate:

• One official transcript - Transcript Request Form

Graduate- Ministry Leadership, Intercultural Leadership Studies, and Christian Studies:

• Spiritual Life Essay
• Pastoral Reference (non family members)
• Personal Reference (non family members)
• Crown College Statement of Faith 
• Official Transcripts for all post-secondary educational experiences - Transcript Request Form   

Graduate- Educational Leadership and Organizational Leadership:

• Personal Essay        
• Two Personal References (non family members)
• Official Transcripts - Transcript Request Form

4. Once your transcripts have been received and evaluated, an education plan will be created.

5. Once all required documentation has been received, an acceptance decision will be made.

6. After acceptance is granted, your advisor will assist you to enroll in the right courses for your degree program.        

Financial Aid Process:

• Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine eligibility for federal loans.
• Search for scholarships.

If your Financial Aid Award Letter indicates that you are eligible for loans, you must complete the following:

1. Loan Entrance Counseling
2. Master Promissory Note
3. Loan Request Form
