The AGS Enrollment Coordinator is primarily responsible for the administration of the AGS Enrollment Office customer relationship management system including the communication flow and data entry as well as overseeing transcript evaluations and education plans for incoming students, and New Student Orientation.  

The AGS Enrollment Coordinator shall:

  • Oversee the communication flow to inquiries, applicants, admits and enrolled students. 
  • Process completed applicant files for review and generate acceptance letters and emails for all applicants.
  • Evaluate transcripts and develop Educational plans for incoming students. 
  • Plan and oversee New Student Orientation. 
  • Process daily incoming mail, email and phone calls to the AGS Enrollment department.
  • When necessary, represent the College at off-campus events and functions.
  • Hire, train and supervise student workers to assist in telecounseling and data entry.
  • Maintain AGS Enrollment web pages.

 The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Well-organized and detail-orientated with a positive attitude and able to collaborate with other offices within the institution.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills and be proficient in Word and Excel. Experience in institutional systems such as POISE and/or EMAS experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel on occasion.
