What is counseling?


If you feel stuck, confused, worried or even just frustrated with a problem, counseling could help.  Counseling is the process of having a trained person listen to your concerns and offer feedback as well as the safety and support needed for healing and growth. This shared counseling experience involves both therapist and student contributions in order to maximize effectiveness.
