Adult and Graduate Studies - Alumni Referral

New Crown College Adult and Graduate Studies (AGS) degree-seeking or licensure students in the online, Excel, graduate or licensure programs will be awarded a $500 scholarship if they have been referred by Crown graduates.  The new student must be degree seeking, enroll in the spring 2008 term and may not have previously inquired about AGS.  Please note that the scholarship is only for new AGS students and must be used as a tuition credit for the designated term(s).

To qualify a prospective student for the Alumni Referral Scholarship, the Crown Alumni must initiate the referral process by fully completing and sending the form below.  Be sure to ask the new student to list you as the referring graduate on his/her AGS application.

I would like the following person to be considered for the AGS alumni scholarship. I have discussed CCAP with this person and he/she has expressed interest in the program. I will ask him/her to contact CCAP and give my name as the referral.
