The ministry of the Director of the Honor’s Program is to exercise leadership and offer a vision for the Honor’s Program as a part of the Academic Division of Crown College.
The Director of the Honor’s Program will be responsible for the general oversight of the program, recruit students into the program, be required to teach courses in the program, and perform administrative duties directly related to the program.
Candidates for this position need a Ph.D. in the humanities. Candidates should have a background in honor programs and show strong advising, teaching, spiritual formation and administrative skills.
