Crown Scholarship Application

Please complete this form to aid us in the recognition of you as a possible scholarship candidate. Crown scholarships are awarded based on your academic achievements as determined by your transcripts and ACT/SAT scores. Scholarship awarding begins with a minimum 2.5 gpa and a 19 composite score on the ACT. Your eligibility for bonus scholarship money is determined by your involvement/leadership in church, school, and community activities so be as thorough as possible.

Please note:  The Crown scholarship is intended for freshman and transfer applicants to the undergraduate program. PSEO applicants, former Crown students applying for re-admission, CCAP and part-time students are not eligible for the Crown scholarship.
