Crown College Office of Facility Services Vehicle Registration

1. Fully complete this form, providing ALL information requested.

2. After you have submitted this form, the Office of Facility Services will issue you a parking permit sticker. The sticker will be in your campus mailbox when you arrive at Crown or, if you are an Adult and Graduate Studies student, you may pick a permit up in the AGS office. Undergraduate day students, please register for a mailbox before registering your vehicle.

3. Parking permit stickers must be placed on the INSIDE LOWER LEFT FRONT corner of your vehicle's windshield.

4. You must register your vehicle within three (3) working days after its arrival on campus.

5. The parking fee for Undergrad Day Students is $55 per semester. The parking fee for AGS students is $50 per term.
