Administrative Assistant to the VP the Enrollment and Marketing
Janice was born and raised in Nisswa, Minnesota. She started as a freshman at Crown in the fall of 1999. After graduating in December of 2003 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Christian Education, she started working as the admissions data manager. She had been working in admissions for the previous three years as part of the data specialist team. Janice enjoys reading, movies, hanging out with friends, and SHOPPING! She is addicted to Caribou Coffee and currently lives in Chaska with her husband, Andy and daughter Aubrey.

Enrollment Manager
Lori was born in Kansas City, Kansas, and raised in Windom, Minnesota. Lori attended Crown College and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology in '99. While at Crown, she was very active in the choir and had the opportunity to be involved in traveling singing groups. After leaving Crown, she went to work with autistic children, teaching in the Pre-K Special Ed. program in the St. Louis Park school district. After 5 years, she decided to embark on the opportunity to work here at Crown College! Very different going from the "little tikes" to the BIG kids!! She has been the Admissions Enrollment Manager since August 2004, and has enjoyed working with the faculty and staff as well as the opportunity to build relationships with the students. Music is a big part of Lori's life. You can find her spending most of her time singing either on the worship team at Wooddale Church, for weddings or other singing engagements. When she's not singing, she enjoys watching movies, taking walks around Lake Calhoun, knitting, stamping cards, and definitely spending time with her friends and family. Lori currently lives in Chaska.

Aaron was born and raised in southern Minnesota. Aaron graduated from Crown College with a B.A. in Business Administration, and returned to Crown in the fall of 1999 as the ministry team manager in the Office of Admissions. His duties include developing and scheduling several different vocal teams, along with numerous ministry teams for the purpose of visiting local churches and recruitment of potential students. Aaron had the unique opportunity to participate in a male quartet called Stand Your Ground, which he considers to be one of his greatest achievements during his college years. In his free time Aaron enjoys movies, shopping, going to concerts, listening to music, throwing parties, and singing on weekends with Stand Your Ground. Aaron currently resides in Waconia, Minnesota.

Gayle was born and raised in Minnesota, graduating from Storden-Jeffers High School. She graduated from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College in Owatonna, Minnesota with degrees in Bible, physical education, secondary education and minors in mathematics and coaching. While in college, Gayle was involved in softball, choir, band, handbell choir, and had the opportunity to travel with a summer athletic camp team. After college, Gayle continued to live and work in Owatonna and started her coaching career. She came to Crown in August of 2002, after working at Dakota Wesleyan University where she was an admissions counselor and softball coach. Gayle served as Crown's head softball coach from 2002-2007. In her free time she enjoys hanging out, watching sports and spending lots of time with her niece and eight nephews. Gayle currently lives in Waconia.
Recruitment Manager
McYoung Yang was born in Greenfield, IN to Teng and Tong My Yang. He has three brothers Robert, Second, and Johnny. Yang was raised in the art of backyard football, wrestling, and street fights. After spending most of his childhood in Greenfield, IN, the Yang family moved to Noblesville, IN where they lived for over 7 years. During his time there he was involved in football, which he finds as a great passion. During the summer of his sophomore year he found his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at a youth camp called HLUB. After struggling with his faith for many years, God opened his eyes through involvement in a youth group as the president. While working with the youth group McYoung found his calling into youth ministry and God molded his heart to seek after God in all that he did. McYoung attended Crown College from 2003 – 2007 and he graduated with a Youth Ministry Degree. While at Crown he married his beautiful wife Debbie Thao, played football, worked on numerous worship teams, and won many intramural volleyball tournaments. McYoung’s desires are to disciple and see young people come to know Jesus Christ in an intimate level. He hopes to bring students to Crown College to experience the change God has for their life. Go Colts!!!!

Ben made his journey west of the Mississippi River in the fall of 2000 eager to become a student of Youth Ministry at Crown College. While leaving his home town of Milwaukee, his mother, father, and two younger brothers tended the business his family cultivated, while he ventured into the land of 10,000 lakes to pursue the ways of Jesus. After four years of College, Ben graduated from Crown with a B.S. in Youth Ministry and a minor in Worship Arts. Undecided concerning life after College he continued working at Rettinger Brothers Oil Company in Long Lake, Minnesota. Later he worked for Metropolitan Mosquito Control District taming the mosquito population with the hopes of providing Minnesotans relief and comfort throughout the summer months. In his free time he loves spending time with his wife, friends, playing music, as well as indulging in any sport that involves a Frisbee. Ben currently resides in Wayzata, Minnesota with his wife, Piper.
